Right to Protection and Participation-RPP
Funded by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) Children’s Voice Today (CVT) in partnership with the Plan International Rwanda implemented the 3 years project called ‘Right to Protection and Participation-RPP’ in three districts include Bugesera and Gatsibo district in the Eastern province and Nyaruguru district in the Southern province of Rwanda since 2016. The RPP project was intended to ensure that children are meaningful participated in decision making linked to the Violence Against Children-VAC and Gender Based Violance-GBV, are strengthened and issues affecting them are addressed in the Districts of implementation as well as at the national level.
The project supported children to create self-confidence as results are seen in changes being observed in children’s own initiatives within their clubs.
